13th Annual Agate Festival | Yachats, Oregon

The 13th Annual Agate Festival in Yachats returns January 17–18, 2026, celebrating Oregon Coast agates, local artistry, and family-friendly fun. Held over Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, this popular winter festival draws rockhounds, collectors, and curious visitors from across the region.

Enjoy nearly 40 vendors spread across two locations, the Yachats Commons and the Yachats Lions Hall (the large yellow building on 4th Street behind the Commons). The Lions Hall will also host raffles, T-shirt sales, hands-on wire-wrapping tutorials, and interactive activities including make-and-take jewelry and fun experiences for kids of all ages.

Be sure to explore both buildings to experience everything the festival has to offer.
